1. Acceptance of Terms

BhaktiMedia.in ("we", "us", "our") operates a digital devotional creative studio. By accessing or using our website, AI Studio, poster generation, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Our Services

We provide:

• AI-powered devotional image and poster generation
• Festival-themed poster templates and customization
• AI video generation and editing services
• Voiceovers (Marathi, Hindi, Sanskrit, English)
• Social media marketing, website design, and temple branding

All AI-generated content is provided as-is based on the prompts and templates you provide.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing to a plan or purchasing credits, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you and has sufficient funds. All prices are in INR inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use our services to:

• Generate content that disrespects any deity, religion, community, or individual
• Create hateful, obscene, defamatory, or illegal content
• Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI Studio
• Impersonate any person or entity

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All website design, templates, branding, shlokas, and original content remain the property of BhaktiMedia. AI-generated outputs created through your prompts and uploaded photos are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to the platform's AI provider policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BhaktiMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or remain inactive beyond 12 months. You may delete your account anytime from the dashboard.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra. We encourage resolving disputes amicably — reach out to us first before any legal action.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
